Common questions
Good to know before we begin.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
Not usually. Recommendations are shaped around your needs and capacity, with unnecessary restriction avoided.
Can we meet online?
Yes. All consultations are held by Zoom and are available throughout New Zealand.
Will I need testing?
No. Testing is optional and only discussed when it may provide useful additional information.
