A personalised approach
What we can explore together.
No two people arrive with the same history, pressures or priorities. These are possible areas of discussion—not a preset protocol.
- 01Separate diagnosed allergies from suspected intolerances
- 02Review the nutritional impact of current exclusions
- 03Use structured observation rather than indefinite avoidance
- 04Refer for medical or allergy assessment when needed
Common questions
Good to know before we begin.
Is a food intolerance the same as an allergy?
No. Food allergy can involve serious immune reactions and requires medical assessment. Intolerances can have different mechanisms and symptoms.
Do you offer food sensitivity testing?
Some practitioner tests are available, but suitability and limitations must be discussed before deciding whether any test is useful.
Can you help with reintroducing foods?
Where it is safe and appropriate, a gradual structured reintroduction can help broaden dietary variety.
