Common questions
Good to know before we begin.
Will you give me a strict meal plan?
No regimented plan is used. You receive guidance and options tailored to what is achievable.
Is weight always the main measure of health?
No. Energy, strength, food relationship, clinical markers and daily function may all be relevant measures.
What about weight-loss medication?
Medication suitability and prescribing belong with a medical practitioner. Nutrition support can help maintain adequate intake alongside medical care.
