IBS and bloating

Bloating and unpredictable digestion can make meals, travel and social plans feel harder than they should.

A personalised approach

What we can explore together.

No two people arrive with the same history, pressures or priorities. These are possible areas of discussion—not a preset protocol.

  1. 01Map symptoms against meals, stress, sleep and routines
  2. 02Review dietary variety before removing more foods
  3. 03Build steady foundations for digestion
  4. 04Coordinate with medical care and testing where appropriate

Common questions

Good to know before we begin.

Can nutritional therapy diagnose IBS?

No. Diagnosis belongs with an appropriate registered medical practitioner. Nutritional therapy can provide food and lifestyle support alongside medical care.

Will I be put on a low-FODMAP diet?

Not automatically. Restrictive approaches require a clear rationale, defined timeframe and careful reintroduction.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Your completed health questionnaire, relevant medical results and a list of current medications and supplements.
