Common questions
Good to know before we begin.
Can nutritional therapy cure autoimmune disease?
No. Autoimmune conditions require medical care. Nutritional therapy provides supportive food and lifestyle guidance and makes no promise of cure.
Will I need an autoimmune protocol diet?
Not automatically. Restriction can carry nutritional and social costs, so any exclusion needs a clear purpose and review plan.
Can I continue prescribed medication?
Yes. Never stop or change prescribed medication without speaking to the prescribing practitioner.
