A personalised approach

What we can explore together.

No two people arrive with the same history, pressures or priorities. These are possible areas of discussion—not a preset protocol.

  1. 01Use confirmed results and medical guidance as context
  2. 02Review meal composition, timing and dietary pattern
  3. 03Build practical fibre, protein and movement habits
  4. 04Track useful outcomes without creating food anxiety

Common questions

Good to know before we begin.

Can you diagnose diabetes or insulin resistance?

No. Diagnosis and monitoring belong with your medical practitioner. Existing results can inform supportive nutrition planning.

Will I have to remove carbohydrates?

Not by default. Type, portion, pairing and overall dietary pattern are considered before broad restriction.

Can nutrition lower my medication needs?

Medication decisions belong with your prescriber. Changes in diet can affect clinical markers, so ongoing medical monitoring is important.
