What we can explore together.
No two people arrive with the same history, pressures or priorities. These are possible areas of discussion—not a preset protocol.
- 01Start with your diagnosis, history and current medical care
- 02Review meal balance, adequacy and regularity
- 03Consider metabolic and digestive context
- 04Create priorities that do not depend on perfection
Common questions
Good to know before we begin.
Can nutritional therapy treat PCOS or endometriosis?
No. These conditions require appropriate medical diagnosis and care. Nutritional therapy offers supportive food and lifestyle guidance.
Do I have to lose weight?
No. The plan focuses on appropriate nutritional foundations and your agreed goals rather than assuming weight loss is required.
Can you interpret my existing results?
Relevant results can provide context, while diagnosis and medical interpretation remain with your treating practitioner.
