A personalised approach

What we can explore together.

No two people arrive with the same history, pressures or priorities. These are possible areas of discussion—not a preset protocol.

  1. 01Review nutrition in the context of symptoms and life stage
  2. 02Support protein, fibre and micronutrient intake
  3. 03Build realistic movement, sleep and meal routines
  4. 04Identify questions to discuss with your medical practitioner

Common questions

Good to know before we begin.

Does nutrition replace hormone therapy?

No. Decisions about hormone therapy should be made with an appropriate medical practitioner. Nutrition and lifestyle support can sit alongside that care.

Will I need supplements?

Not necessarily. Food and daily routines come first; supplements are considered individually.

Are consultations available outside Kāpiti?

Yes. Consultations are online and available throughout New Zealand.
