Common questions
Good to know before we begin.
Is nutritional therapy a treatment for anxiety or insomnia?
No. It does not replace mental-health or medical treatment. It can support nutrition and routines alongside appropriate care.
Do I need to stop coffee?
Not necessarily. We consider amount, timing, sleep and individual response before making changes.
What if my schedule is unpredictable?
The plan is designed around real constraints, with flexible options rather than a rigid ideal routine.
